At RAJVANI, we follow a customer-friendly policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free. We encourage you to ask any questions before placing your order regarding fabric, design, measurements, or any other details so that you can make an informed decision. Our team will be happy to assist you.

You agree that certain categories of products/items may not be eligible for return or refund. These categories will be clearly informed to you at the time of purchase.

• No return or exchange will be applicable on fancy items and accessories.

• No return or exchange will be applicable for size-related issues.

In case you receive a damaged product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with a parcel opening video for verification purposes.

Once your return request is verified, we will provide you with a replacement of the same product/design, or if the product is not available, we will issue a credit note of the same amount, which will be valid for 30 days.

RAJVANI reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange request based on the verification process.
