No Returns or Refunds
Once a product has been delivered to you, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Please review all product details, sizing, and description carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
Although we do not accept returns or provide refunds, we do offer product exchanges under the conditions described below.
You may request an exchange only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or

You want to exchange the product for another size or variant (subject to availability)
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:

The request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase must be provided

An unboxing video may be required for verification
- Eligibility - approved exchanged items will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
We may reject an exchange request if the product shows any signs of wear or damage.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Innerwear, nightwear, and personal garments

Delicate handcrafted accessories

Custom or made-to-order items

Clearance or final-sale items
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us with:

Your order number
-
Reason for exchange
-
Photos/videos for verification (if applicable)
If approved, you may be required to ship the product back to us or hand it to our delivery partner (if pickup is available in your area).
After quality inspection, we will process:

A replacement product shipment, or
-
An exchange coupon if the replacement is unavailable
Note: Shipping charges for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

An unboxing video

Order details
Failure to provide verification may result in rejection of the exchange request.
