4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Rajvani is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders may face delays if incorrect address or contact information is provided.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Rajvani accepts returns or exchanges only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing/parcel-opening video showing the issue.

Requests without proper video proof cannot be processed.

Color variations due to lighting or screen differences do not qualify for return or exchange.

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process an exchange or issue store credit as applicable.

Items purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refusal to accept a delivered order may result in account restrictions or additional charges.
